Luzhou-flavor: also known as Daqu, it has the characteristics of fragrance, sweetness and harmony. This kind of wine is widely distributed in China, which can be subdivided into Su flavor (represented by Yanghe Daqu) and Sichuan flavor (represented by LU ZHOU LAO JIAO CO.,LTD, Wuliangye and Jiannanchun). The Luzhou-flavor in Sichuan is divided into two schools: original cellar production (represented by LU ZHOU LAO JIAO CO.,LTD Co., Ltd.) and cellar production (represented by Wuliangye and Jiannanchun).
