What's the difference between dehumidifying dryer and ordinary dryer?

Dehumidifying dryer is generally used in industrial production to dehumidify and dry raw materials with strong hygroscopicity to ensure high molding rate of products. In the past, enterprises used traditional hot air blowers, which were difficult to dry in humid weather. Dehumidification dryer is produced to improve the disadvantages of hot air blower. So what's the difference between dehumidifying dryer and ordinary dryer? The following Meidi Kose automation technicians will answer your questions.

1, traditional hot air blower

In order to evaporate the moisture in the material, the traditional hot air machine uses the hot air heated by electric heating to dry the material at high temperature. However, due to weather factors, dry weather and humid weather, the moisture content in the air will be different and the drying effect will be different. In the traditional hot air blower, the incoming air must be heated first. If the weather is too humid and the incoming air contains high moisture, it is difficult for the material to achieve the purpose of drying.

2, dehumidification dryer

Dehumidifying dryer effectively improves the shortcomings of ordinary dryer. Firstly, it sucks in the ambient air to remove the moisture in the low dew point air, and then heats the dried air and sends it to the dryer to dehumidify and dry the materials, which greatly improves the working efficiency, reduces the drying time and has a better drying effect.

The air pipeline of dehumidification dryer adopts closed circulation system, which is not affected by external weather, and the materials can be well dried on dry days or wet days without being affected by moisture. The filter installed in the dehumidifying dryer can prevent dust leakage from polluting the factory and keep the air environment clean.

Generally speaking, the difference between the two dryers is that the moisture content of the inlet air used for drying is different. One deals with intake humidity, and the other does not.
