How to make chocolate mousse cake?

material

1 80g dark chocolate, 90g butter, 30g flour, 3 eggs, 60g sugar,1teaspoon rum (5ml).

working methods

1. Grease the mold and wrap the bottom of the mold with tin foil (because I use Mu Si ring);

2. Separate the egg white from the egg yolk, and put the egg white into a clean, oil-free and water-free basin for later use;

3. Mix the chopped chocolate and butter in a basin, melt it with hot water, and polish it with an eggbeater;

4. Sieve the flour, add it and stir it evenly;

5. Add the egg yolk in several times and draw a circle with an egg beater to stir evenly;

6. Beat the egg whites with an egg beater and add sugar several times until the egg whites are neutral and foamed (the tip of the egg beater has sharp corners and can be bent);

7. Add the beaten egg whites into the chocolate batter several times (when stirring, be careful that the chocolate is not too cold, otherwise it is not easy to stir), fully stir, add a proper amount of rum, and preheat the oven 160 degrees.

8. Pour the materials into the mold and bake at 160℃ for 20 minutes.
