What is the food in India?
1. Milk tea
Different from what we know about milk tea, Indian milk tea is notoriously sweet and greasy, which can be compared with Americans who love sugar the most. If you can't accept too sweet, you must communicate with the waiter in advance.
2. Indian flying cake
It's kind of like lasagna in China. However, Indian flying cakes are more crisp and fragrant, which makes people have an endless aftertaste. Coupled with some curry, the taste impact is stronger. Different from the thousand-layer cake, the flying cake can add more onions, meat and so on according to personal taste. It is also one of the most popular "delicacies" in India. Personally, the most important thing is that this food is normal and not messy.
3. Palace
Hollow round pancake. As a common pancake in India, Puri's best way is to eat it directly or with vegetable salad.
4. Indian smoked fish
Indian smoked fish, as its name implies, is the fish smoked by Indians under firewood. The method is quite primitive. Smoked fish has a slight smoky smell and smells quite fragrant. It tastes good, too.
