How to make horse cakes?

Before formal production, the following ingredients need to be prepared: 6 horseshoes, horseshoe powder 150g, brown sugar 1g and water 800g.

Step 1: after cleaning the horseshoe, remove the skin of the horseshoe with a knife, take out the horseshoe meat, pat the horseshoe gently with a blade, chop it a few times, and then put it on a plate for later use! After cooking, pour in half the water of horseshoe powder, stir with a spatula, and heat until the water of horseshoe sugar becomes sticky and transparent!

Step 4: Pour the boiled water chestnut syrup into a soup basin filled with the other half of water chestnut powder, then stir it evenly with a spoon, and then transfer it to a thin flat-bottomed plate and shake it gently!

Step 5: Start the steamer. After the steamer is started, put the plate with horseshoe paste into the steamer, steam for 30 minutes on high fire, take it out after steaming, and naturally cool and solidify. But natural cooling takes a long time. You can also wait for it to stop scalding, wrap it in plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator 1 hour, then take it out and cut it into small pieces, and you can eat it!
