First, carry forward the fine traditions and style of military personnel. China People's Liberation Army has a glorious revolutionary tradition and a fine style of work. After the training and tempering of the army, the demobilized soldiers have good ideological and political quality, love and respect their posts, strict discipline and solid style of work. These are the traditions and advantages of our demobilized soldiers. In the critical period of the company's construction and development, we should continue to maintain and carry forward the glorious tradition and style, maintain the excellent quality of soldiers, stress the overall situation, unity, responsibility and dedication, and influence and drive the surrounding workers with our exemplary actions.

Second, study hard and strive to improve your overall quality. First, strengthen the study of political theory, strive to improve political quality, and always maintain the good style of soldiers. Second, we should strengthen the study of business knowledge and technical skills. The construction of the company's 7.5 million tons mining option project is first-class in equipment and technology. Advanced equipment and first-class technology require high-quality and skilled personnel to operate, maintain and manage. Therefore, as a demobilized soldier, he should adapt to the needs of the company's rapid development and construction, work hard, learn business, learn knowledge and practice skills, and strive to become a technical backbone and post expert.

Third, hard work and dedication. Recently, the company organized and studied the "Twelfth Five-Year" development plan of our bureau, which made us understand the development strategy and bright future of our bureau. The Twelfth Five-Year Plan is very inspiring, and it can also be seen from the plan that the task of achieving the five-year strategic goal is arduous and arduous.
