Brainstorming method, Delphi method and nominal group method. Nobody knows. We have to take the exam?
In group decision-making, because of the psychological interaction of group members, it is easy to succumb to the opinions of authority or the majority, forming the so-called "group thinking". Group thinking weakens the critical spirit and creativity of the group and damages the quality of decision-making.
Delphi method, also known as expert investigation method, was initiated and implemented by RAND Corporation of the United States in 1946. Its essence is an anonymous feedback query method. Its general process is to sort out, summarize and count the problems to be predicted after obtaining the opinions of experts, and then give anonymous feedback to the experts, solicit opinions again, concentrate again and give feedback again until unanimous opinions are obtained. Nominal group method refers to restricting the discussion or interpersonal communication of group members in the decision-making process, but group members think independently. Like a traditional meeting, all team members attend the meeting, but the team members make personal decisions first.
