In order to avoid frequent switching of contactors, the controller will not send a signal immediately when the reactive power of the load changes suddenly. It is necessary to judge whether this is an instantaneous load or a continuous and stable load. Both SVC and SVG belong to dynamic reactive power compensation, and their response time is at ms level.
