The preparation method of pickled garlic moss is as follows:

1. First, remove the tail of garlic moss.

5. Boil the water for 6 minutes. Turn off the fire and let it cool for later use. Garlic moss has been marinated for 3 hours, so much water has been marinated. Garlic moss is so soft.

6. Next, take out the garlic moss to control the moisture and put it in another bowl without adding water or oil. At this time, add the cold juice, then add the shredded ginger, millet and fragrant rice cut in advance and mix well.

7. Finally, add an appropriate amount of high-grade liquor to extend the shelf life, so that it won't go bad after eating for one year, and then mix well.

8. Let's take another water-free and oil-free glass bottle, put the pickled garlic moss in it, press it by hand, pour in a little juice, cover it, seal it for one night, and eat it the next day.
