When you eat sesame cakes in Shangqiu, you usually put some dishes in. 5. Mutton soup. The crystal clear city river surrounds a small ancient city. It has the oldest name, called "Yuguo". In later dynasties, it was renamed Yucheng. By last century 1953, Gu and Yu counties merged, and the new Yucheng county was located in Mamuji, and the original Yucheng was renamed Limin Town. At present, the most famous snack in Limin Town is mutton soup. Every restaurant inside and outside the old town of Limin sells mutton soup. People who eat out all year round always want to drink a bowl of mutton soup, because mutton soup in Limin Town really has a special flavor. Before cooking, choose local strong goats and slaughter them now. First of all, the soup stock is made of sheep bones and oil. Serve at four o'clock every morning, adding 19 kinds of traditional seasonings such as angelica dahurica, pepper, clove, three generations, tsaoko, fennel and pepper. When boiling soup, add fresh mutton, boil it, and take out the meat for later use. When eating, cut the mutton into thin slices, put it in a bowl, rinse it with boiling soup for three times, and add seasoning, monosodium glutamate, coriander, onion slices and so on. Then rinse it in a pot with boiling soup to make mutton soup, which is characterized by "three cleanness", that is, the upper layer of oil is clear, the middle layer of soup is clear, and the lower layer of meat is clear, and the whole is clear and transparent. Delicious, fragrant and delicious. It's even more delicious with sesame seeds cake.
