1. Baicheng Locomotive Depot is located in the southeast of Baicheng City, Jilin Province, at the intersection of 35 1km500m of Pingqi Line and 329km200m of Changbai Line. It starts from the station signal of Changbai Line in the north and ends between Changbai Highway in the south, covering an area of 140970 square meters. It is the internal combustion section of the diesel locomotive repair section of Shenyang Bureau Group Company, with freight as the main part and passenger transportation as the supplement.

2. Dalian Locomotive Depot is located at the southernmost tip of Dalian Shenyang-Dalian Railway, covering an area of 39,758 square meters. It mainly undertakes the passenger and freight transportation of Shenyang-Dalian, Yingkou, Lushun (West), Jincheng, Jinyao, Shasha and Wa long lines and the feeder transportation of Ganjingzi and Gezhenbao trunk lines around Dalian, as well as the traction of some high-speed trains of Shenyang-Dalian Expressway, Pan Ying Expressway and Danda Expressway, and the traction section is extended by 2,299 kilometers.

3. Tongliao Locomotive Depot is located in Horqin District, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and has been integrated with the original Zhangwu, Chifeng, Zhengjiatun and Siping Locomotive Depots. The traction section spans Liaoning, Jilin, Hebei, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia, and the whole section is mainly used as the delivery goods of Jingtong, Pingqi, Tonghuo, Zhu Zhu, Huobai, Dazheng, Sanhuo, Shenshan, Jingha and Sufu.
