How to make a cake
In the peak season of fresh eggs, families can make some cakes for breakfast. The method is as follows:
Ingredients: 500 grams of fresh eggs, 350 grams of sugar, 350 grams of refined white flour, 2.5 grams of baking powder and 25 grams of raw oil.
Operation method:
1. Shell fresh eggs, add white sugar, and beat them evenly with three or four chopsticks, first light and then heavy, first slow and then fast, about 15 ~ 20 minutes, so that the liquid fermentation of eggs bubbles, thickens, the color is milky white, and the volume increases by one and a half to two times.
2. Mix baking powder and flour, pour into the egg liquid and stir into a uniform paste. It is not advisable to stir too much to prevent the flour from shrinking into pieces and making the cake loose.
3. Prepare a mold for steaming cakes or a metal lunch box for ordinary families. Coat the bottom of the lunch box with a layer of crude oil to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. Then pour the stirred paste into a box and cook it in a pot. Steam with boiling water for three minutes until the cake is covered, then cool down (add some cold water to the pot), steam for about 10 minutes, and shape the cake; Add more fire until the cake is steamed. Put some cooked oil on the surface of the cake when you are out of the pot, and you can eat it.
There are two ways for you to choose. One is to buy liquid cream and heat it. This method is more convenient and simple.
The second is to use two pieces 125g bright cream (250g)+350ml fresh milk, which is enough to make an 8-inch decorative cake.
Put the cream into the milk and let it cool slowly in a hot water bath after a while. Some cream turns into a liquid state, stumbling while putting sugar. When you can add it, try to beat the cream. Just beat it when the weather is not hot. It is better to add some ice to keep the eggbeater cold.
Tip: If you are still soft after playing for a while, leave it for a while and find that it will harden itself.
