Difference between traditional zinc hydrometallurgy leaching stirring and purification stirring
The purpose and method are different. Leaching and stirring refers to the process of mixing zinc ore raw materials with acidic solutions such as sulfuric acid for reaction. In this process, the main purpose of stirring is to fully mix the solution with zinc ore raw materials, accelerate the redox reaction of zinc ore raw materials, and thus improve the leaching rate in a short time. Purification process refers to the process of removing impurities, lead, copper and iron from leachate by plasma. In this process, the main purpose of stirring is to fully mix the purifying agent and leaching solution and promote the purification reaction.
