What is the internal structure of biomass boiler?
The overall structure of general biomass boiler mainly includes boiler body, auxiliary equipment and safe dosing device. The core part of the boiler used to generate steam is mainly composed of furnace, drum, burner, water wall, superheater, economizer, air preheater and furnace wall, which is also called boiler body. The main body of biomass boiler has two main parts, namely furnace and drum. Furnace, also known as combustion chamber, is a special space for fuel combustion. Solid fuel is placed on the grate, and the hearth where the fire bed burns is called the layer burning furnace, also known as the fire bed furnace. A furnace that injects liquid, gas or powdery solid fuel into the combustion chamber for combustion is called a chamber furnace, or a chamber furnace. A furnace that makes the air hold up coal particles and make them burn in a boiling state, which is used to burn inferior fuel, is called a boiling furnace, and it is also called a boiling furnace in the industry.
Today, due to time constraints, I'd like to introduce you here first. I believe that through the above introduction, you will have some general understanding of the internal structure of biomass boilers.
