Wu Liping: Born in Liangcheng County in 1961.

In July 1992, he was transferred to the deputy director of the Inner Mongolia Duo Rentai Art Troupe. In 1996, he was appointed the director.

In 1997, he was elected as a member of the CPPCC of the autonomous region.

He is a director of the Chinese Dramatists Association and a director of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Dramatists Association.

In 1979, he participated in the duo performance in Baotou and won the first prize for performance and composition; in 2003, he participated in the first duo mountain competition hosted by Hohhot Municipal Culture Bureau, Tourism Bureau, Radio and Television Bureau, Hohhot Daily, and Inner Mongolia Chilechuan Renjia Tourism Exclusive Village.

He won the first prize for singing and the second prize for performance in the Quer, folk band, and yangko performance competition. In 2004, he participated in the first duo art competition in Inner Mongolia and won the first prize. In May 2004, he participated in the four provinces of Shanxi, Shaanxi, Mongolia, and Hebei.

He won the first prize in the semi-finals of the District Duo Rentai Art TV Competition; in May 2004, he participated in the finals of the Duo Rentai Art TV Competition in Shanxi, Shaanxi, Mongolia and Hebei provinces and won the first prize and the Special Contribution Award.

In 2004, he was appointed as a visiting professor by Inner Mongolia Art Institute.

Wang Zhangliang: Born in Quyu Village, Hequ County in 1953. He graduated from Xunzhen Middle School in Hequ County in 1973. In the same year, he joined the Hequ County Duo Ren Taiwan Theater Troupe to engage in two-person performing arts.

He joined the Inner Mongolia Duo Tai Art Troupe in 1985. He is currently the actor team leader and director of the rehearsal office of the Inner Mongolia Duo Duo Art Troupe. He is a national first-class actor and a famous duo performing artist.
