4 punching holes; The fist hits forward from the waist, not higher than the shoulder, not lower than the chest, and reaches the fist surface.
5 punches; The two fists pass through the sides from the bottom, and the arms are turned inward to the front, which is the same height as the ears. The eyes of the fists are tilted downward and the arms are bent.
6 single push; The palm must be pushed forward by the internal rotation of the arm close to the ear, and the palm root is high and powerful.
7 pairs of faders; Push your palms forward at the same time from your chest, palms up, not wider than your shoulders, not higher than your eyes, and force through the roots of your palms.

15 kick; The supporting leg is slightly flexed, the other leg is bent and lifted, and the toes are upturned. Push the leg out with a slight heel force, and the leg is naturally straight, and the foot should not be lower than the waist.
