Basic concepts of preparing knowledge qigong
The "Qi" in Chinese nouns "Atmosphere" and "Twenty-four Solar Terms" is a powerful energy felt in nature (such as forest bath, sun bath, hot spring, etc.). ) These "qi" are very different from the above-mentioned "qi" in the body. The "qi" in the body is called internal qi, and the "qi" in nature is external qi, both of which are an energy of cosmic life.
"Internal qi" can be divided into "innate qi" and "acquired qi". "Congenital qi" is the qi obtained from parents, which gradually decreases with age. If you don't pay attention, you will easily get sick. "acquired qi" is the qi supplemented by diet, breathing, sleep and exercise (unconsciously replenishing qi). In order to keep healthy, it is very important for the elderly to consciously supplement the "acquired qi".
In Huangdi Neijing, besides the theory of "Qi", there are meridians as basic concepts. Acupoint theory.
Basic contents of meridian theory:
There are 12 important viscera in the body: liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney (five internal organs), gallbladder, small intestine, stomach, large intestine, bladder, triple energizer (six fu organs) and pericardium (pericardium). These zang-fu organs are connected by their own conduits, which are called meridians (called liver meridians and heart meridians). The longitudinal meridians of the human body are called meridians, and the (12) meridians are called 12 meridians: they run along the body surface, and each of them is connected with a specific viscera. They are connected end to end, constantly flowing, and are more closely connected through other veins. Meridian branches into transverse channels called collaterals. In addition, there are Ren and Du meridians on the front and back central lines of the human body (the ring formed by Ren and Du meridians is called heavenly circulation), which together with 12 meridians are called 14 meridians. The meridian system in Qigong mainly refers to 14 meridians. Ren and Du meridians are the most important of 14 meridians, and they are connected with all meridians.
The internal qi in the meridians flows from the starting point to the end point (the meridians follow the "moving" direction). When there is sufficient and smooth internal qi in the meridians, the meridians will be activated. At this time, the zang-fu organs are healthy because of their sufficient energy ("qi"), normal metabolism and smooth function. On the contrary, when the "Qi" flowing in the meridians is insufficient and the flow is not smooth, the energy supply in the zang-fu organs is insufficient and the function of the zang-fu organs is abnormal, and the body is sick at this time. After the small day cycle is activated, 12 meridians can be activated, thus improving human health. This qigong attaches importance to the activation of Xiaotian cycle.
Within a day, the internal gas flow state of 14 meridian changes with different time periods. On the basis of the long-term practice of the ancients, the meridian flow chart was discovered, which indicated the active time period (hours) of 12 meridians in a day (except Ren Du meridian). Using the following meridian flow chart to practice Qigong at an appropriate time will improve the practice effect of Qigong.
The table indicates that the time period (hours) of bladder meridian activation in a day is 15 ~ 17. According to the theory of five elements in traditional Chinese medicine, bladder meridian belongs to the north direction. Therefore, practicing Qigong in the north during 15 ~ 17 hours will make it easier to activate the bladder meridian, thus promoting the function of the bladder meridian connected with it. The prostate can be regarded as a gland attached to the bladder. When practicing Prostate Rehabilitation Qigong (Chapter II), you can practice in the northern environment of 15 ~ 17+. ?
Basic contents of acupoint theory:
(1) Acupoint system
Meridians are connected with zang-fu organs in the deep part of the body. When they contact the skin near the body surface, they are called acupoints. The acupoints? Viscera? These three meridians are closely related. When acupoints are stimulated, the flow of meridians, viscera and internal qi will be affected. There are about 360 acupoints (about 720 left and right) on the above 14 meridian, and there are about 22 acupoints related to "eye rehabilitation qigong". Acupoints in Qigong are not required to be located correctly, but are the concept of surface, while acupoints in acupuncture are the concept of acupoints.
(2) The relationship between the state of acupoints and the flow of Qi.
Due to various reasons, acupoints will be in a state of tension and occlusion, thus affecting the flow of "qi" in meridians. If these acupoints are properly stimulated (such as percussion, massage, acupuncture, etc. ), these acupoints will be in a relaxed and open state, and the flow state of "Qi" in related meridians will be improved, which is called acupoint activation. When people are in a relaxed and happy state and their limbs are relaxed, acupoints are easily activated. When the nerves are in a tense state (autonomic nerve imbalance), the acupoints everywhere will be in an occluded state, and the "Qi" in the related meridians will not flow smoothly, resulting in various uncomfortable symptoms. Therefore, the state of acupoints is closely related to autonomic nerves, and acupoints have the function of regulating the flow of "Qi".
Actinide system
Meridian? The theory of acupoint and qi is an understanding of human life, and its correctness should be proved by practice or precision machinery. However, the existence of qi, meridians, acupoints and other substances has not been discovered so far, and its correctness is questioned. But based on the theory of "Qi", what about meridians? Undeniably, acupuncture, massage and traditional Chinese medicine, created by acupoint theory, have been gradually popularized all over the world after thousands of years of practice, making great contributions to human health and prosperity. The correctness of the theory has been proved by practice and recognized by the world. Recently, the domestic medical community has advocated the theory of two systems: there are two systems in the human body, one is a system centered on qi (the research direction of traditional Chinese medicine) and the other is a system centered on matter-body (the research direction of western medicine) (14 Shanghai International Qigong Science Symposium 20 17.9.27 ~ 29,
About 1500 years ago, in the Jin Dynasty (5th century), Taoism, a native religion in China, was born. The ultimate goal of Taoism is to make Taoists (Taoists) live a long life. Therefore, it is necessary to study effective health care methods, which is an important background for Taoism to create Qigong and its theoretical achievements. Xu Xun, a Taoist priest, first used the keyword "Qigong" in Jing Ming Jiao Zhi, and it has been used ever since.
Chinese characters are ideographic characters, and the word "Gong" in Qigong consists of Gong and effort. What does Gong mean? Forging is quite. By repeating (trying) this work many times, you will get good results. For example, forging iron is: under the condition of high pressure and high temperature, forging into high-quality steel through countless times. That is, qigong, which means forging qi, will get excellent qigong effect after long-term repeated practice.
According to the theory of "Qi", meridians? Acupoint theory, qigong definition = forging "qi", has the following two meanings:
The first significance: to make the "internal qi" in the meridians flow more smoothly, so as to achieve the purpose of warming up the innate qi, that is, the energy exchange state is good, the metabolism is harmonious, and health is maintained.
The second meaning: effectively suck "external qi" into meridians, so as to achieve the purpose of enriching the acquired qi, that is, the body has sufficient energy in all directions to enhance health.
In order to achieve the goal of longevity, Taoism requires practicing Qigong every day. Through this kind of human activity, the "internal qi" flows more smoothly and fully, thus achieving the goal of health. Any activity of human body is realized through three activities: thinking, breathing and limbs. The three activities used in daily life are natural physiological activities. In the long-term practice of Qigong, Taoism realized that if thinking, breathing and physiological activities of limbs were adopted in Qigong, it would not be easy to achieve the purpose of smoother and more sufficient flow of "internal qi", thus creating Qigong activities of thinking, breathing and limbs, which is the background of the three principles of Qigong.
Adjusting mentality is the adjustment of thinking activities in practicing Qigong, the core of success in practicing Qigong, and the most important of the three principles.
Self-regulation: When practicing Qigong, focus on the elements of Qigong (basic posture, exercise name, breathing, action sequence, frequency, etc.). ), full consciousness is in an introverted state.
Daily thinking activities are extroverted, which is absolutely different from Qigong's inward thinking activities. In the process of self-aligning operation, while practicing Qigong, adjust the state of thinking activities (from outside to inside). If you use extroverted thinking activities when practicing Qigong, you are practicing ordinary gymnastics, not Qigong.
Among the three principles, the most difficult to operate is self-aligning. In order to achieve full consciousness easily in an introverted state, this textbook puts forward an operable method of regulating the heart, that is, voice command. When teaching kung fu, the conductor refers to the qigong elements such as the name of the achievement method, the number of breaths and the number of movements. When practicing qigong, everyone silently reads the instructions while doing the movements, so things other than qigong are not easy to consider, and the operation of self-adjustment (introversion) may be easy to realize. This law is very popular. When practicing at home, it is not only conducive to the formation of introverted personality, but also to exercise memory and muscles, which is conducive to preventing swallowing pneumonia and is very beneficial to elderly practitioners. To this end, I advocate giving orders during practice.
When qigong and full consciousness are introverted, this state is called "static" (state of mind). Japanese information science experts measured the brain waves of professional Qigong masters in a "quiet state" and identified them as alpha waves (wavelength: 8 ~ 13 Hz). When people are relaxed and happy, their brain waves are alpha waves, and their limbs are in a relaxed state, so the "quiet state" of thinking is closely related to the "relaxed state" of their limbs, that is, the relaxed state of their limbs? Introverted mentality. Modern medicine has proved that relaxation has a benign effect on improving human immunity and regulating the level of autonomic nervous system, which shows the importance of qigong in regulating the heart.
All the exercises of eye rehabilitation qigong (dredging part, adduction part and rehabilitation part) are operated under the principle of self-regulation, and the healthy effect of qigong can be achieved by consciously cooperating with vocal instruction practice.
Pranayama is the regulation of breathing activities when practicing Qigong, the driving force of practicing Qigong, and the source of the three cardinal principles.
Adjustment of pranayama 1: breathe through the nose, close your mouth and breathe normally. "Suck? It's called once, and it's called once luck. In order to achieve full consciousness easily in the state of introversion, according to the interest-bearing method of Taoism, the first movement adopts "5:4 breathing mode", that is, shout? The inspiratory time ratio is 5 seconds: 4 seconds. Breathing while breathing, calculating breathing time is suitable for the elderly, and the time relationship between breathing 5 and breathing 4 is also based on the author's experience in teaching qigong for the elderly for many years.
In order to master the correctness of 5 seconds: 4 seconds easily, the metronome (second pendulum) is advocated.
The second law of pranayama: the movement rhythm and breathing rhythm of Qigong keep the same tune, which is called pranayama point. According to "5:4 breathing mode"? The breathing method of pranayama is qigong breathing, which is absolutely different from daily physiological breathing.
During pranayama operation, while practicing Qigong, adjust the state of breathing activity (from physiological breathing state to Qigong breathing state). If you use physiological breathing activities in qigong, you are practicing ordinary gymnastics, not qigong.
According to medical experiments, there is a very close relationship between breathing and autonomic nervous system, and full consciousness is concentrated in? Inhalation of ""will cause sympathetic nerve excitement such as dilated pupils and weakened bowel sounds. Full consciousness is focused on? When you shout "",it will cause parasympathetic nerve excitement such as pupil contraction and hyperactivity of bowel sounds. In the adduction and eye rehabilitation exercises of eye rehabilitation qigong, full consciousness focuses on repeatedly operating 12 1 inhalation and call sign, thus arousing the excitement of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves, which is an effective method to regulate the autonomic nervous system. Professor Hiroyuki Kobayashi, the first person in Japanese autonomic nervous research, also advocated (20 17. 1 1.5. Health column "Qi" and "May 4th Breathing Mode". Because of many diseases of the elderly (constipation, stomachache, chills, insomnia, etc. ) are all related to autonomic nervous system disorder, and "5: 4 breathing mode" can improve this.
Furthermore, kidney rehabilitation gymnastics (nephropathy, sports, sports, etc. ) Last month, Professor Masahiro of Tohoku University in Japan advocated it! Published on 20 19.3), in which qigong breathing method (5:5 breathing mode+key points of pranayama) was adopted to improve the rehabilitation effect of renal function.
Body adjustment is the adjustment of physical activities and the basis of practicing qigong.
Adjustment of body adjustment 1: Stick to the basic posture, which is the best posture of Qigong, which can improve the bad posture of practitioners and help the internal qi flow smoothly.
Rule 2: The vocal command focuses on the elements of Qigong (basic posture, name of achievement method, order of achievement method, times (multiple of 3), etc. ), and the pursuit of correct movements, it is easy to form a "quiet state" and a relaxed state of limbs.
The basic posture adopts upright posture, and the posture of five important parts from head to toe is as follows:
? Head facing south, eyes slightly closed,
? The mouth is lightly closed and the tongue touches the upper jaw (point 1).
? Shoulders relaxed, hands naturally drooping, (palms inward)
? The back bone, waist bone and knees are straight (point 2).
? Feet are parallel and apart, shoulder-width from front to back, and the whole toe is close to the ground.
In the process of body adjustment, we should pay attention to basic posture, pursue correct movements according to voice instructions, and promote the formation of limb relaxation, which is essentially different from daily physical activities.
Pay attention to the three key words in the three principles: adjusting the heart, adjusting the breath and adjusting the body (three tones). The basic operation of Qigong is to adjust the physiological activities to Qigong activities, that is, the operation of Qigong is a three-tone operation, so as to practice Qigong skills and get the effect of Qigong. The three principles of practicing Qigong (so-called emerging Qigong) without practicing Qigong are actually not Qigong, but general gymnastics. Self-regulation requires the mind to be in an introverted state, which belongs to psychological activities. Breathing with Qigong is a physiological activity, and self-regulation is the pursuit of body relaxation and the result of interaction between physiological and psychological activities. It is not difficult to understand that qigong activities belong to the field of human life science.
The above three principles of Qigong are based on regulating the heart, regulating the breath and regulating the body, which are interrelated and cooperate with each other to achieve the ultimate goal of Qigong effect. The Three Principles, also known as the Three Techniques of Qigong, are unique requirements of Qigong and important differences from other sports. Modern technology and medical theory have proved that the three principles of Qigong play an important role in improving immunity and the balance of autonomic nervous system. (Refer to People's Health Publishing House in April 2002? Acupuncture and Immunity (chapter 14 ~ 16). Eye rehabilitation qigong is a kind of operation that attaches great importance to the three principles and is the patron saint of the physical and mental health of the elderly.
Combining the above six key words: qi, health preservation, qigong, regulating heart, regulating breath and regulating body, is the basic work founded by Taoism. It is to practice Qi according to the definition of Qigong (to make Qi smooth and full), so as to achieve the purpose of warming up the innate vitality, enriching the acquired essence and returning to the innate nature. Easy to understand, can achieve the effect of health care and longevity. What is the building foundation? Basis of rehabilitation qigong series.
When practicing Qigong, people will feel warm, cold, muscle twitching, paralysis, acupuncture, oppression, etc. in some parts of the meridians in the body due to the smoothness and conduction of "Qi". It is called meridian feeling or qi feeling. These feelings of qi are the special reactions of meridians in the process of qigong practice and the symbol of qigong effect. When practicing qigong, if you don't carefully operate the three principles of qigong, the sense of meridians will be insufficient, it will be difficult to feel the sense of qi, and the effect of qigong will not be obvious. It can be considered that practicing qigong is not ordinary gymnastics. Generally speaking, after careful operation for half a year, there will be a certain degree of anger.
Generally speaking, people who practice Qigong for the first time feel vague and faint about Qi, and it is not clear whether they really feel Qi. In order to solve this problem, Qigong class, as the main research institution of "Eye Rehabilitation Qigong", often uses the following practice record form to communicate with me. When practicing in class, we use the practice record table recorded at ordinary times to exchange our feelings and experiences with each other and achieve satisfactory results.
Note: If you feel a certain sense of breath in your eyes in today's action A, please record it in the training record. The next time you practice the same action, make sure that your eyes feel the same air. If you feel the same air feeling, it should be "air stimulation" Of course, if you do the same action in the future, you should also feel the same sense of gas. If you don't feel the air before, you may not be able to operate the Three Principles seriously this time. Please practice again. At first, the sensitivity of qi sensation was weak, even if I felt the impression, it was shallow and difficult to remember. Therefore, even if you feel a little angry, you should write it down in the training record and confirm it next time.
