Profiles can be stored outdoors, but they must be sheltered and protected. Non-white profiles should be stored away from light. Profiles should be stacked away from the heat source 1m or more, and the stacking height should not exceed1m.

Even if the steel lining is rustproof, it should be stored indoors as far as possible. If it is outdoors, there must be suspended ceilings and other facilities to ensure that the steel lining is rain-proof.

The surface of the profile must be smooth and flat, the colors should be basically the same, and there should be no cracks, bubbles and distortions, and there should be no sundries in the profile cavity.

2.5 Special reminder
2.5. 1 The sawing process of the first piece must be checked; Batch blanking can only be carried out after confirmation, and batch inspection of semi-finished products accounts for at least 20% of the total. Everything must be checked for V-shaped openings and sawing.
2.5.2 After the profile is cut, press the door and window blanking sheet, immediately mark its paragraphs, put them on the conveyor according to the category, and enter the next working procedure. The cutting profile must be protected from pollution and damage to ensure good welding quality.
2.5.3 The upper and lower splicing blanking of the same batch or different materials should be completed at one time as far as possible, so as to ensure uniform size and consistent splicing.
2.5.4 The section of the cut profile shall be meticulous, and there shall be no damaged burrs, obvious sawtooth marks, oil pollution and dust. When placed, the incision should be downward and the welding should be completed within 48 hours. Too long storage time will pollute the incision surface and affect the welding quality.

3. Slotting and drilling
3. 1 process requirements (window sash drainage)
The position of the window sash drainage hole is centered;
The specification of the drainage hole is Ф 4-5 mm and the length is 30-35 mm;
The positions of water inlet and drainage holes should be staggered by 20-30mm;
3.2 process requirements (window frame drainage)
The window frame drain hole is 200 mm+/-2 mm away from the end of the window frame member;
The size of the drainage hole is φ 4-5mm, and the length is 30-35mm;
The positions of water inlet and drainage holes should be staggered by 20-30mm;
When the frame width is ≤ 1500mm, the number of window frame drainage holes is equal to the number of fans;
When the frame width is ≥ 1800mm, three drainage holes are set, and the drainage holes at both ends are 200mm 2mm±2mm from the end of the window frame member, and the middle drainage hole is selected;

3.3. 1 Slotting and drilling shall be completed before each section is welded. Milling chips in the cavity can be blown out by compressed air.
3.3.2 The drainage hole cannot penetrate the steel lining cavity and other cavities, otherwise it will corrode the steel lining and profiles and reduce the service life of doors and windows.
3.3.3 When the drainage hole is opened, there must be a corresponding air pressure balance hole to ensure that the water can be discharged effectively and quickly.
3.3.4 Position of air pressure balance hole; The sliding window is on one side of the windshield, and the upper part is 2mm 45mm away from the end. The casement window is on the hinged side of the fan, and the upper part is 60mm away from the end.
3.3.5 The specification of air pressure balance hole is φ 4-5 mm round hole.

4.2 Process requirements
When the window member meets one of the following conditions, its inner cavity must be lined with steel:

All window frame members must be equipped with steel lining;

All window frame members must be equipped with steel lining;

4.3. 1 The number of fasteners used to fix each steel lining shall not be less than 3, and they shall be staggered with the spacing not greater than 300mm. The distance between the first fastening point and the end of the steel lining shall not be greater than 100mm, and the fixed steel lining shall not be loose.
4.3.2 The steel lining shall be consistent with the dimension of the inner cavity of the profile, and its length shall not affect the welding of the end profile.
4.3.3 Flat doors must adopt C-shaped or rectangular steel lining, and U-shaped steel lining is prohibited. The thickness of steel lining should be1.5 mm..
