Torch Carnival Activity

Time: July 26 to July 28, 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. every night, and continue to carousal for 3 days.

Where: the locations are in the torch plaza of Luogubo Township, the poetry town of Baimiao Village in Daxing Township, and the torch plaza of Sihe Township in Xichang City.

Introduction of the Torch Festival:

The Torch Festival is the largest, richest, most spectacular, most participatory, and most nationally distinctive of the many traditional festivals of the Yi ethnic group, with deep folk cultural connotations, and is known as the "Carnival of the East".

2019 China Xichang - Liangshan Yi Traditional Torch Festival will be opened on July 26, including five plates *** counting 28 rich activities. Logubo and Dazhi Carnival Points

The torch carnival at two points in Logubo Township and Dazhi Township will take place from 19:30 to 22:00 on July 26; the core area will be the following: torch square in Logubo Township and the poetry town in Dazhi Township; at the south entrance of Guanhai Road, the seashore Road, Meiji Company intersection, wetland Phase II intersection, Martyr's Garden intersection to set up control points.
