"One village, one product" emphasizes that a village should develop at least one product, a product with local characteristics and a local brand, and form a leading industry with outstanding characteristics around the development and production of leading products. This leading industry can be planting, aquaculture, agricultural products processing industry, but also trade, catering, leisure, culture and other industries. Developing "one village, one product" is an important measure to enlarge and strengthen regional characteristic industries, which is of great practical significance for developing modern agriculture, promoting the construction of new countryside, and enhancing agricultural economic benefits and comprehensive competitiveness.

In order to grasp the development status of "one village, one product", a survey was conducted in 15 villages with good economic development, local characteristics and obvious advantages of leading industries in each township (town). Through investigation, it can be seen that _ _ "one village, one product" has the following characteristics in its current development:

1 and 15 villages are all specialized villages for agricultural products production, including 7 specialized villages for cotton planting, 3 specialized villages for tomato planting, 1 for corn planting, 2 specialized villages for rice planting and 2 specialized villages for melons and vegetables planting. There are no specialized villages for agricultural service and non-agricultural industries.

2. Leading enterprises have a closer relationship with "one village, one product". 15 villages, leading enterprises drive 10 villages, accounting for 66.7%. The sales revenue of leading products was 65.438+0.2 billion yuan, of which 46 million yuan was sold through leading enterprises, accounting for 38%. Especially in the development of corn and tomato industry, leading enterprises are playing an increasingly important role.

3. Preliminary development of rural professional cooperatives. 15 There are 2,776 farmers in villages, of which 1285 farmers have joined farmers' professional cooperative economic organizations, accounting for 46.3%, which will gradually play an important role.

4. The quality and safety level of edible agricultural products needs to be improved. The total planting area of seven tomato, rice and vegetable planting villages is 1.88 million mu, and the scale of pollution-free agricultural product certification base is1.30 million mu, accounting for 69%. There is no certification base for green food and organic food.

5. The comparative advantage of the development of "one village, one product" is gradually emerging. The villages surveyed have approached and reached the basic conditions of "one village, one product" professional village. The income (output value) of leading industries or products accounts for more than 70% of the total output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery in this village. More than 60% of farmers are engaged in the business activities of leading industries or products, and the per capita net income of farmers in specialized villages is 5-20% higher than the city average.

Generally speaking, the development of "one village, one product" has just started, and there are still many difficulties and problems. First, the types of industries are relatively single, and the leading industries in various professional villages are basically agricultural products, which have not yet formed scale and diversity; Second, the city's "one village, one product" development plan has not yet been compiled; Third, farmers' professional cooperatives and farmers' brokers need to be strengthened; Fourth, the brand of "one village, one product" is difficult to cultivate. Fifth, the masses' ideological understanding is not deep, and some people do not know or know very little about the knowledge of "one village, one product".

In the past two years, the author has been deeply impressed by his field investigation and study in Shandong, Jiangsu and other places. By learning from the development experience of other places and combining with the local reality, I think the recent development of "one village, one product" deserves our consideration in the following aspects.

1. Strengthen organizational leadership and optimize the development environment. Through the establishment of a leading organization for the development of "one village, one product", we can straighten out the relationship and provide good services to provide a good environment for the development of "one village, one product".

2. Pay attention to planning and locate the development framework of "one village, one product" as soon as possible. Firstly, the industrial development plan is carried out, and the regional resources, traditional industries and superior products of the village in the city are investigated and analyzed, so as to dig deep into the resources that can reflect local characteristics. Combined with the industrialization development strategy of "four districts and one line", the development orientation of "one village, one product" is selected to formulate the industrial development plan. In the development framework, it is divided into agricultural production, agriculture-related services and non-agricultural professional villages according to industrial types. The leading products involve characteristic variety breeding, forestry and fruit industry, leisure agriculture, agriculture-related services, beer culture, national handicrafts and so on.

3, vigorously develop farmers' professional cooperatives and farmers' brokers, and strive to improve the degree of organization of farmers entering the market. As of 20__, the city has established 84 farmers' professional cooperatives. 4. Cultivate the brand of "one village, one product". _ _ _'s Lycium barbarum eggs and four-book rice show more and more strong vitality in the process of creating brands, which provides a lot of reference and thinking. In the cultivation of "one village, one product" brand, on the one hand, we need to pay attention to the trademark registration of existing "farm brands", such as Jiujianlou sweet potato and Shaliangzi watermelon; On the other hand, agricultural products with registered trademarks are put into operation as soon as possible and subject to market inspection, such as Baja brand trademarks. Cultivate, shape, upgrade and strive for the brand of "one village, one product" in opening up the market to help farmers and herdsmen increase their income.

5, strive to grasp the typical, give full play to the exemplary role. Choose a village with a good development foundation of "one village, one product", highlight leading industries, establish a central village of "one village, one product", and form a professional village driven by leading enterprises and cooperatives, such as corn seed production in Bashihu township, cowpea seed production in Jiahezi township, and Xidagou corn cooperative. The demonstration driving effect is gradually emerging. At the same time, actively strive for the "one village, one product" demonstration project, and promote it from point to area.

6. Improve the service level of "one village, one product" development. Efforts will be made to solve development problems such as market, technology and credit, provide technical consulting services, and enhance the ability to explore the market. Through extensive and in-depth publicity, fully stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of farmers, enterprises and village-level organizations to participate in "one village, one product", cultivate new farmers, and bring up a group of rural talents who know how to operate and manage.

7. Continuously improve the quality and safety level of agricultural products. Ensure the safety of agricultural products, expand the scale of pollution-free base construction, and develop green food and organic food.
