Traditional Italian Bolognese Sauce

Ingredients ?

1 portion of pasta

150g of beef

150g of pork

1 onion

4 tbsp of olive oil

3 tbsp of black pepper

1 tbsp of salt

1 carrot

6 tbsp of tomato sauce

2 tbsp of sugar

1 parsley <

1 green and red bell pepper each

4 white mushrooms

6 tablespoons of water

2 tablespoons of chopped thyme

Moderate amount of parmesan cheese

3 cloves of garlic

Traditional Spaghetti Bolognese recipe ?

Stir the pork and beef into the meat mixture and mix together, delicious. Dice various vegetables and set aside, and froth the garlic.
