Small house decorating effect 32,000 to make the old room become stylish

This is my own carefully drawn floor plan, let me describe it in detail. All the windows of the house are facing south (I'm so relieved), and because it's an old house, there is a 25cm high concrete floor under the kitchen and toilet. I thought of many options for the great room because I wanted to use it for both a parlor area and a bedroom, and finally decided on a floor partition. I thought that no matter how the bed and sofa are arranged, it's inevitable that a bunch of people will sit on the bed when they come to the house to play. Finally, I decided that we must build a floor, because with the floor, everyone will default that is a piece of sacrosanct place, the most will sit on the edge of the floor, never run to the bed to sit. This point, for the reference of all students living in large open rooms, really quite practical. And with the floor, you can really save a bed, sleep very comfortable. Now, no matter who comes to my house, the dog will consciously play only in the area under the floor platform.

Floor plan

My little house is 47 square feet, a standard one-bedroom house in an old neighborhood in the early 90s. The entrance is a small dining room, which is connected to the kitchen and toilet, and on the other side of the dining room is a large room connected to the balcony, which is used as a living room + bedroom. There is a small storage room of less than 2 square meters on the left hand side of the door, the area is a gift, for which I am very pleased. But the good thing about this little house is that all three rooms are facing the sun (bedroom, kitchen, and toilet), which I like very much, and I even thought of giving the house a nickname, "Sanyangju", but then I thought it was too unlucky, so I gave it a miss.

Living room bedroom

Placed the floor and wallpaper, I couldn't wait to buy the sofa on that day, so I took this one~~It was like, eh, it already looks like a Japanese magazine~This is the living room plus the bedroom, and I made a partition with the floor. Behind the sofa is the sleeping place.

Dining room

The most distinctive feature of the dining room is the lamp on top of the dining table, colorful picture frames, carefully selected and hung. Look beautiful.
