How long does it take to steam the omelet?
Materials:
Three eggs.
70 g sugar
Low powder 70g
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoons
Water 40 ml
Steps:
Beat the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and stir well with an egg beater.
Mix the low flour and baking powder evenly, sieve into the egg liquid in step 1, and gently stir evenly.
Add water and mix well again.
Pour the cake paste into the cake mold and smooth the surface with a scraper.
Put the mold into a steamer, cover it, and steam it for 20-30 minutes on medium fire.
Take it out after steaming, let it cool a little, and then pour it on a plate.
Precautions:
1. Cake molds should be coated with grease or covered with baking paper in advance to prevent adhesion.
2. Keep the water level when steaming, in case the water is dry or too much.
The steaming time can be adjusted according to the size and thickness of the cake. It is suggested to insert a bamboo stick in the middle of the cake. If there is no sticky cake paste, it means it has been steamed
