How long does it take to steam the omelet?

The steaming time of egg cake depends on the size, shape and steamer size of the cake. Generally speaking, the steaming time is between 25 and 40 minutes. The following is a simple steaming method of omelet, which you can adjust according to the actual situation:

Materials:

Three eggs.

70 g sugar

Low powder 70g

Baking powder 1/2 teaspoons

Water 40 ml

Steps:

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and stir well with an egg beater.

Mix the low flour and baking powder evenly, sieve into the egg liquid in step 1, and gently stir evenly.

Add water and mix well again.

Pour the cake paste into the cake mold and smooth the surface with a scraper.

Put the mold into a steamer, cover it, and steam it for 20-30 minutes on medium fire.

Take it out after steaming, let it cool a little, and then pour it on a plate.

Precautions:

1. Cake molds should be coated with grease or covered with baking paper in advance to prevent adhesion.

2. Keep the water level when steaming, in case the water is dry or too much.
