Shaolin Kung Fu-Shaolin Eagle Boxing

Shaolin Kung Fu, also known as Shaolin Wushu, is one of the famous martial arts schools in China. It has a long history and far-reaching influence, and is an important part of China traditional Wushu. The most prominent feature of Shaolin Kungfu is "the combination of Zen and martial arts", that is, Zen enters martial arts and martial arts practice Zen, so it is also called "martial arts Zen". Correction method: when squatting, the body speed slows down and the feet and five fingers grasp the ground.

2. The eagle catches the rabbit

Action essentials: rest your left foot forward for half a step, put your hands into eagle claws, and raise your right claw. Turn your body slightly to the right, step half a step on your right foot, and look at the direction of your right paw (Figure 3).

Error-prone: walking disorder.

Correction method: First mount the left foot into a half horse, and then do upper limb movements.

3. The eagle is independent

Action essentials: get up, raise your paws to the top of your head, and then separate them to your sides. Your right arm is higher than your shoulder level, your left arm bends to your left knee, and your body turns 90? Lift the left leg, and the right leg is supported as an independent body. Look at the left front (Figure 4).

Error-prone: the support leg is unstable and not straight.

Correction method: grab the ground with the five toes of the right foot and straighten the knee joint of the calf.

4. The eagle soared into the sky.

Correction method: relax and stretch when flying, and pay attention to cushioning when landing.

7. Dapeng spreads its wings

Action essentials: move the center of gravity back to the right leg, lift the left knee, and use the right leg as an independent potential support. At the same time, spread the claws to the back of the body and look at the left front (Figure 8).

Correction method: When the arms are spread back as far as possible, the right hand is higher than the left hand.

8. Eagles explore the road

Action essentials: the left foot falls forward, the right foot is raised backward, and then falls in front of the left foot to become a horse stance. At the same time, the right palm is lifted forward, and then the paw is turned forward and placed in front of the right knee. Bend your left arm to your chest and look forward and down (Figure 9).

Easy to make mistakes: the hind legs are too slow and not high enough.

Correction method: when doing hind legs, swing up quickly, and the feet should be higher than the waist.

9. Eagles hunt

Action essentials: Get up, step up the left and right feet in turn, and at the same time, grasp the two claws continuously, lift the right foot upward, then fall in front of the left foot to form a standing posture, and lift the right palm forward. Look up and down before the flip claw hits forward and puts it on the right knee (Figure 10).

Error-prone: upper limb movements are uncoordinated.

Correction method: the previous step is carried out simultaneously with the footwork.

10. The eagle looks at the sky.

Action essentials: Turn the left paw up to the left, turn the left and right feet of the paw up 4 or 5 steps in turn, and then connect the right leg to the left 360? Stand step by step, with your left paw in front of your abdomen and your right paw at your waist, and look forward (Figure 1 1).

Correction method: previous step and leg folding decomposition exercise.

12. Eagles feed

Action essentials: swing your arms above your body and turn right 180? Squat into a rest step, with the right claw extended to the right rear, the left claw bent to the front of the right leg and looking forward (Figure 13).

Correction method: when doing the rest, the upper body leans forward and the right chest is attached to the right knee.

13. Eagle preys

Action essentials: cross your arms upward, raise your paws above your head, and hit the sky to the right at the same time. After landing, step on the left and right feet three times, step on the right foot and turn left 360? Make a whirlwind foot and land on your knees. Bend your right paw to the front of your right leg, place your left paw at your waist, and visually observe your right paw (Figure 14).

Action essentials: turn left, combine your left foot with your right foot, and squat down into a step. At the same time, both arms are behind the cloud claws on the top of the head, and the claws are higher than the shoulders, looking at the left front (Figure 16).
