According to the reality of Zhejiang and the attributes of agricultural products, the main criteria for judging the dominant industries with agricultural characteristics include: production scale, product advantages, economic benefits and market demand.

3) Economic benefits: that is, the industry must have the characteristics of low input, high output and obvious benefits, which plays a great role in increasing farmers' income.

4) Market demand: Market demand should be fully considered in the evaluation and selection of industries with agricultural characteristics and advantages. Only those products and industries with high demand elasticity in the provincial and even international markets can occupy more shares in the future development.

According to the main judgment basis of agricultural characteristic advantage industries, Zhejiang agricultural characteristic advantage industries can be divided into two levels. First, the basic production conditions are good, the industrial scale is large and the competitive advantage is obvious. Through support and development, we will expand the domestic and international markets and form advantageous industries with export potential, mainly including aquaculture, vegetables, fruits, tea industry, livestock and poultry, grain and oil, flowers and seedlings, etc. This kind of industry aims at building advantageous industrial belts (regions) and improving the level of industrialization, actively participates in the international and domestic division of labor, and further strengthens and makes excellent industries. Second, agricultural industries with obvious regional characteristics, especially those with strong regional competitive advantages or large market share compared with surrounding areas or other areas inside and outside the province, mainly include bamboo shoots, Chinese herbal medicines and edible fungi. This kind of industry should adapt to the change of market demand, aim at establishing competitive regional characteristic industries and improving the quality and market share of agricultural products, and gradually move from "small clan" to "scale" and establish a unique regional "famous brand economy".
