Dell notebook UEFI changed to bios boot, but this legacy option is black and white, and the whole interface is incomprehensible English.

1. When starting the computer, keep pressing F2 to enter the BIOS, enter "Safe", select the safe startup control and press enter to change it to disabled.

2. Then switch to "Boot", select Launch CSM to enter, change it to Enabled, and press F 10 to save and restart.

3. Insert the U disk PE startup disk, restart and press ESC to select the U disk startup item without UEFI, and press Enter.

4. Select Run pe System from the U disk menu, open the DiskGenius partition tool under the pe system, convert the hard disk into MBR format, and then partition it quickly.
