What does CRM customer management system mean?

Customer relationship management (CRM) is defined as: in order to improve the core competitiveness, enterprises use corresponding information technology and Internet technology to coordinate the interaction between enterprises and customers in sales, marketing and service, so as to improve their management methods and provide customers with innovative and personalized customer interaction and service. Its ultimate goal is to attract new customers, retain old customers and turn existing customers into loyal customers in order to increase market share.

Customer management system can be divided into six functional modules, namely basic management module, customer management module, service management module, marketing management module, statistical report module and system management module.

(1) Basic management module: This module is mainly used to manage the basic data information of the system, including data dictionary information, company product information and inventory information.

(2) Customer management module: this module is used to manage customer information, including customer basic information, contact information, customer communication record information, historical order information and customer loss information.

(3) Service management module: This module is used to process customer service information, including service creation, service distribution, service processing, service feedback and service archiving.

(4) Marketing management module: this module is used to process the company's marketing information, including two functional modules: sales opportunity management and customer development plan.

(5) Statistical report module: this module is used to generate report data information, including functional modules such as customer contribution analysis, customer composition analysis, customer service analysis and customer churn analysis.

(6) System management module: This module is used to manage users and user authority information of the system, including user management, role management and authority management.
