How to create an independent and cooperative art classroom in primary schools

The new curriculum advocates students' independent, cooperative and inquiry learning methods. Autonomous learning is particularly important as the basis of cooperative learning and inquiry learning. Students can improve their artistic accomplishment in an all-round way in independent activities and enhance the spirit of active exploration, unity and cooperation. Therefore, in classroom teaching, we should strive to cultivate students' autonomous and cooperative learning ability. In order to stimulate students' interest in learning art, the Fine Arts Department of our school chose "Research on Cultivating Students' Autonomous and Cooperative Learning Ability in Art Classroom Teaching in Primary Schools" for research, and the project was approved at the municipal level on 20 1 1. During the experiment, the mode of cultivating students' independent cooperation in art classroom teaching was explored. Let's talk about some ideas during the experiment.

First, how to cultivate students' independent cooperation in art classroom teaching?

At present, in the process of vigorously promoting art quality education in primary schools, it has become an important way and basic guarantee to optimize classroom teaching and improve teaching quality by paying attention to the development of students' potential and the cultivation of innovative ability, guiding students to participate independently and cultivating students' autonomous learning ability. Then, how to cultivate students' autonomous learning ability in art teaching? "Autonomous learning" is a relative concept to "others' learning", a summary of the nature of learning, and a high-quality and high-quality learning. Generally speaking, it refers to the process or ability of learning subjects to consciously determine learning goals, make learning plans, choose learning methods, monitor learning processes and evaluate learning results under teaching conditions. Ability refers to a series of behaviors in a task or situation. Ability, knowledge, experience, personality and adult's quality are isomorphic, which become the conditions for being competent for a certain task, and refer to the sum of the abilities and qualities needed to serve as a specific task role. It can clearly distinguish the individual characteristics of excellent performance level and general performance level in a specific work and organizational environment. Cultivating students' independent cooperation in art classroom teaching, through my own teaching practice, I think it refers to students' ability to learn art at school.

Based on the characteristics of independent cooperation, with students' needs as the core, under the guidance of teachers, students experience the learning process through active participation, personal experience, exchange and cooperation, and creative performance. Find a unique field in which one's artistic personality can develop, determine the learning objectives relatively independently, choose appropriate learning contents and methods, and promote the healthy development of students' artistic personality through diversified homework methods and evaluations, thus enhancing children's interest in learning. Therefore, cooperative learning is an important learning method advocated by the new round of curriculum reform in China. Explore the best way for students to learn meaningfully, so as to optimize the combination of autonomous learning and other learning methods. Autonomous cooperative teaching in art teaching is characterized by interpersonal cooperation and interaction in teaching, with group cooperative learning as the main form of expression, systematically using cooperation and interaction among teaching motivation factors to promote learning, with group performance as the evaluation standard and teaching activities to achieve teaching objectives as the main content. Changing the traditional teaching mode, creating a good atmosphere of cooperation and communication for students and cultivating students' good cooperative attitude have become one of the important topics in teaching reform.

Second, how does the traditional teaching method restrict the cultivation of students' interest?

In teaching practice, I found that cooperative learning in art teaching has the phenomenon of "emphasizing form, ignoring essence and lacking effectiveness". The reform and research of school education still can't keep up with the rapid progress of economy and society, and there are still many unsuitable places. In educational thought, students' independent and cooperative learning mode has not been placed in the important position it deserves, and the school has not provided students with the development environment and conditions conducive to independent cooperation. In the way of education, influenced by traditional thinking, teaching is too unified and over-packaged, and rigid management binds teachers' hands and feet, which limits the development of students' specialties. In terms of educational plans and educational environment, there are also factors that are not conducive to the development of students' specialties to varying degrees. Secondly, in traditional art teaching, teachers pay more attention to the study of receptive learning strategies. Students are passive in the process of learning and lose themselves, while art works show more self-knowledge and feelings. The basic starting point of stimulating art learning interest and personalized learning experiment is to let students return to themselves.

Third, how to construct the teaching mode of "Research on Cultivating Students' Autonomous and Cooperative Learning Ability in Art Classroom Teaching in Primary Schools"?

Constructing "autonomous learning" teaching mode, updating teaching concept and effectively improving classroom teaching quality. How to turn students into "subjects of learning and development" and cultivate autonomous learning ability? I think the choice of learning style is the key, and cooperative learning is one of the effective ways. I choose the following teaching mode to practice. Through action research, investigation, experiment, exploration and other methods, a basic teaching link conducive to students' happy and independent learning has been perfected and established. The specific process is as follows: create a scene, stimulate interest-ask questions, explore independently-cooperate independently, encourage innovation-show works, summarize and evaluate-extend after class and expand thinking. One of the characteristics of this experiment is to embody the characteristics of research in the classroom, strengthen openness and practicality, and highlight the process of "active participation, positive experience and willingness to explore" in students' learning. Artistic creation and activity experience are carried out through inquiry learning, cooperative learning and autonomous learning. I use cooperative learning to cultivate students' independent inquiry ability. In teaching practice, I create conditions for cooperative learning, stimulate students' interest in cooperative learning, and use teacher-student interaction, student-student interaction and cooperation to solve important and difficult problems. In cooperative learning, students can be motivated to explore independently, and students can inspire each other, complement each other and make progress together. Therefore, students' desire to explore independently is stronger and their ability to explore independently is cultivated. The new curriculum reform actively advocates independent, cooperative and inquiry learning methods. The author believes that full autonomy and efficient cooperation will inevitably become the main theme of the reform of art learning methods. There are some differences and close connections between the two.

1. Fully autonomous learning. Autonomous learning refers to a learning style in which the subject has a clear art learning style and has a conscious awareness and response to the content and process of art learning. I think students should be encouraged to study independently in art teaching. That is, for students, the goal should be as clear as possible; Let students discover knowledge as much as possible; The process involves students as much as possible; Let students choose the content as much as possible; Methods Let students master as much as possible; Let students explore as many questions as possible; Check as much as possible for students to check themselves; Teachers who students can ask questions don't ask first; The teacher that students can describe is irreplaceable; Teachers who can create their own do not demonstrate.

2. Efficient cooperative learning. Cooperative learning refers to mutual learning in which students have a clear division of responsibilities in order to accomplish the same tasks in study groups. Each student should actively take personal responsibility in the task, support and cooperate with each other in the activities, and solve the contradictions in the group through effective communication.

Shared tasks are handled in groups. I think it is realized through teaching practice that cooperative learning has both group activities and individual activities; There is not only one mode of cooperative learning, and not all learning activities are suitable for cooperative situations. Moreover, competition is not excluded in the process of cooperation. In practice, I found it difficult for primary school students to cooperate, so I started with the teaching environment and tried to change different group members in each class through students' free grouping. For example, in the lesson of "Big Mouth", students are organized into groups, and each group chooses a team leader who is responsible for sorting out the tools needed for origami, painting and decoration. The team members cooperate according to their respective division of labor. The scene of the class at that time made me very excited. Children's creative imagination is very rich, and their works are expressed in various forms. I found that children's creativity and cooperation ability far exceeded my understanding of them. Through cooperative learning, students will actively participate in artistic activities. In a relaxed learning atmosphere, students' expression desire and creative impulse are activated, and their personality and creative ability are displayed in active participation, so that their imagination and creative thinking can be fully exerted.

Through such a series of activities, students' autonomous inquiry learning ability has been cultivated, and good teaching results have been achieved, and students' learning enthusiasm and learning efficiency have been significantly improved. In a word, we cultivate students' autonomous cooperative learning ability through the study of art teaching in primary schools, so we should focus on the call of students' potential.

Awaken, excavate and promote students' independent development; Pay attention to the all-round growth of students and promote the harmonious development of students' understanding, emotion, attitude and skills; Pay attention to students' life and needs, and promote the development of students' characteristics; Pay attention to the formation of students' lifelong learning desire and ability, and promote students' sustainable development.
