Second, the time and place of the competition

20 14 was held in Maketang Town, Jianzha County, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province from September 7th to 10.

Third, the participating units

This tournament will invite 10 foreign teams and 20 teams from outside the province, and the teams in the province will be determined according to the pre-competition registration.

Fourth, the competition events

1, traditional bow 20-person group, compound bow 20-person group, recurve bow 20-person group competition, each team has 20 people (including team leader, coach and liaison officer).

2. Traditional Bow Five and recurve bow Five, the number of participants in each team is determined to be 6 (including team leader, coach and liaison officer).

Verb (abbreviation of verb) competition method

(1) Use requirements of different groups of bows and arrows

Bows and arrows in this competition use compound bows, recurve bow and traditional bows (traditional bows can be used by five people, such as traditional angle bows and traditional wooden bows made of modern materials, but traditional angle bows must be used by 20 people in the province), and hooks and sights are not allowed. Carbon arrow, wooden arrow, bamboo arrows will do. The traditional arrows used by the 20-person group and the 5-person group are wooden arrows and bamboo arrows, and the arrow feathers must be natural feathers. The arrow tail must be made of natural materials such as bamboo, wood, horn and bone.

(2) Number of people and arrows: The number of people in each team is 20 and 5, and the players of each team will play according to the rules of the competition after being examined and determined by the referee at the competition site (if one party cannot determine the number of people, it will be determined according to the actual number, which cannot replace taking turns to participate in the competition). If there are less than 5 foreign players, the contestants will compete according to the actual number of foreign players. This competition adopts the grouping cycle and semi-final elimination system. Each competition consists of two rounds, with athletes on the same line and a specified target distance. Each player fires two arrows in each round and four arrows in each game. In the competition, an arrow that the shooter accidentally hits the ground before launching (the bowstring is not put after opening the bow) can be re-launched. If the archer's tail slot is broken, the bowstring is broken or other reasons, it is regarded as normal shooting and the archer is not allowed to re-fire.

(3) The distance between the target and the arrow: This competition uses a soil target with traditional folk characteristics, and the target surface is surrounded by triangular iron wires. The standard height of the target is 80 cm, the width is 70 cm, and the target surface must be vertical. The measuring column is placed at the top of the target, and the specific placement point is decided by the referee. The soil target of this competition is made by the referee in advance, and the referee will make necessary repairs to the target surface after completing a competition.

The distance between soil target and initial ray is 85m for compound bow, 60m for traditional bow and 70m for recurve bow.

(4) Competition mode: The competition is divided into several groups by drawing lots according to the situation of the participating teams.

1. If there is only one group, the competition will take the form of round robin and directly produce the first, second, third and fourth place.

If you are divided into two groups, A and B, you will play. First of all, Group A and Group B play round robin respectively. After the round robin, the top two players in Group A and Group B will enter the finals respectively. In the final, the first place and the second place were produced from the first place in Group A and the first place in Group B. The winner was the first place and the loser was the second place. The second place in Group A and the second place in Group B produce the third and fourth places, with the winner being the third and the loser being the fourth.

3. If the competition is divided into four groups: A, B, C and D, first, the four groups A, B, C and D will play round robin. After the round robin, the top two in groups A, B, C and D will enter the semi-finals. The semi-final adopts the elimination system. Eight teams entering the semi-finals draw lots to decide the competition, and four winning teams enter the finals. In the final, four teams draw lots to divide the competition into two groups, A and B. The winners of the two groups compete, and the winner is the first and the loser is the second. The competition will be played by the second place in Group A and Group B, with the winner equal to three and the loser fourth.

(5) Scoring method: In round robin, the winner gets 3 points, the loser gets 1 point, and the abstention gets 0 point. Finally ranked, the one with more points ranked first. If there is a draw in the group stage, the two sides win each other first, and the winner ranks first. If the three parties are equally divided and win each other, then look at the effective arrow and the winner ranks first. If there is an abstention team, the abstention team gets 0 points and the other team gets 3 points, but the winning team has no valid arrow.

(6) Scoring method:

This year's competition uses traditional folk archery to draw arrows, based on the effective number of arrows in the group.

(7) Measurement method: 1. All soil targets are measured from the vertical line of the target surface, and the standard hard ruler is used for ranging. The ranging point is the highest point of the measuring column ("Ma Jia" in Tibetan), and the nearest arrow is "Ma Jia". 2. If the measuring column can't be used after shooting, take the arrow of the shooting measuring column as the ranging point. If the measuring column is inclined in the original position, continue to use the measuring column for ranging. 3. Under the supervision of the team leaders of both sides, the distance measurement is judged by the referee, and other players are not allowed to watch around the target.

(8) Target position and station: Before each game, the referee presides over the draw, and the winner has the following three rights:

1, which has the priority to choose the subject matter;

2. Have the right to launch first;

3. Have the right to choose the left and right stations first (once the station is confirmed, it cannot be replaced in the second round).

(9) Competition result: Every competition must be decided. There is no draw. If there is a draw, an extra test will be held. In overtime, each team will select five shooters and shoot to one side. If there are more effective arrows, it will win. If it's a tie, fire at the other side. The two rounds are still the same. The arrows of both sides ("Da Hong" in Tibetan) will compete until the outcome is decided. The number of effective arrows in overtime is not included in the team's total effective arrows.

(10) "rear-end arrow": If there is a "rear-end arrow", the latter is valid.

(1 1) projectile-piercing arrow: an arrow with a middle target, and the tail of the arrow cannot be seen from the plane of the target side after penetrating the target; If it breaks after hitting the target, it is considered an effective arrow. All rebound targets are regarded as invalid arrows and pulled out on the spot under the supervision of the referee. The target surface of the arrow target is surrounded by triangular wire, and the lines around the arrow target are regarded as invalid arrows. In the competition, if both sides hit a target arrow with the same appearance, it will be recorded as an invalid arrow.

VI. Incentives:

(1) The first, second, third and fourth prizes of traditional bow 20, recurve bow 20 and compound bow 20 groups were awarded 50,000 yuan, 30,000 yuan, 20,000 yuan and 1 10,000 yuan respectively, and medals were awarded.

(2) The first, second, third and fourth prizes of the Traditional Bow Five and the recurve bow Five were awarded 20,000 yuan, 1 10,000 yuan, 8,000 yuan and 5,000 yuan respectively, and medals were awarded.

(three) two outstanding organization awards and two sports ethics awards, each with a reward of 5,000 yuan.

IX. Registration

(1) Before August 14, each team in the province will report the details of the players' names, ages, nationalities, addresses, places of origin, copies of ID cards (passports of foreign teams) and two small-sized photos to the archery group in paper and electronic versions. The deadline for registration of foreign teams is 20120 August. Each team must report within a limited time and submit the list of contestants to the archery team. Once the list of participating teams and players is confirmed, they may not quit or change. If you can't participate in the competition due to special circumstances, you must apply in writing to the archery group 10 days before the competition, and you can change the players only after approval.

(two) the transportation and accommodation expenses of each team in the province shall be borne by themselves. The transportation expenses of the teams outside the province shall be borne by themselves, and the accommodation and meals shall be borne by the organizing Committee.

(3) The archery team will hold its first contact meeting on August 22nd, 20th14th (location: conference room on the fourth floor of the county people's congress), at which the competition rules will be read out. The second contact will be determined after the first game.
