The size of the portfolio

File format of file archive (GB/T9705-88 national standard) format of hard roll: the cover size of hard roll is 300mm×220mm or 280 mm× 2 10 mm ... the back cover size is the same as the cover size. Three sides (top, bottom and flip) of the back cover should have another 70 mm wide folded paper tongue. The ridge rolling can be set with three thicknesses of 10, 15 and 20mm respectively as required. When packaging, the upper and lower binding places should have a 20mm wide binding paper tongue. This standard recommends the use of 250 grams of kraft paper to make hard roll folders.

Soft roll format: files bound with soft rolls must be put into the roll box by the water purifier for storage. Overall dimensions of the soft roll: the soft roll has a front cover and a back cover. The length and width of the front cover and the back cover can be 297mm×2 10mm(A4 paper) or 260mm× 185mm( 16 folio paper) as required.

Printing in roll box format: the overall size of the roll box is 300mm×220mm, and the height can be set to 30, 40 and 50 mm, and the middle of the box cover is provided with a rope belt for convenient box fastening.

Directory format of files in the volume: the size of directory paper is 16 (260mm× 185mm) or A4 (297mm×2 10mm). The white edge width of in-volume cataloging paper is 20 0.5 mm, the lower white edge width of in-volume cataloging paper is15 0.5 mm, the left white edge width of in-volume cataloging paper is 25 0.5 mm, and the right white edge width of in-volume cataloging paper is15 0.5 mm. The external dimensions of the reference table are the same as those of in-volume cataloging paper.
