Pole Climbing: It is a traditional sports activity held at the "March Meeting" in Mouding County, Chuxiong Prefecture. The "March Meeting" is a grand gathering held in Hehe Town, where the county seat is located, for three days every year.
Squat fighting: Yi language is called "mutual avoidance", which means fighting between cocks. After work, men often have squat competitions. There are one or two people on each side. They all take a crouching posture, with their hands folded on their chests, in a semi-crouching state. They hit each other with their left or right shoulders and are not allowed to push with their hands. Victory is to let the opponent's hands and hips land first through collision. Another way of competition is to squat in circles or zigzag. There is no limit to the number of participants, and the winner is the one who insists on the longest time.

Dig a nest with a diameter of 30 cm and a depth of 10 cm in the middle of the soil field, and dig several nests with the same distance at the edge of the field.
