How to make a backpack?

Method:

First, make a backpack design and mark the dimensions, as shown in the figure:

Second, this bag adopts the pattern made by computer cad system, and then the pattern cut by laser cutting machine: 350g single-sided glossy white cardboard.

Third, the cutting of leather follows the order from large cutting to small cutting, as shown in the figure.

Fourthly, after the slice is ready, the pretreatment of the slice is started. What we do here is grinding, edge sealing and polishing first.

Fifth, start sewing from small accessories: mortise and tenon lock leather stickers.

6. Hand sewing: the sewing method of the lock edge used in hand sewing. Add a high-elastic SBR inside.

Seven, sew all the parts together, as shown in the figure.

Eight, finally back cover, connect the whole bag together.

Nine, the backpack is ready, and the finished product is as shown in the figure.
