What is a bluestone relief?
Bluestone relief is a handicraft carved with bluestone. The sculptor carves the image he wants to create on the flat plate, so that it is out of the plane of the original material. Relief is a combination of sculpture and painting. After compression, the object shows three-dimensional space with perspective and other factors, and it is only for one or two sides to watch.
Bluestone relief is mainly used for decoration, generally used in ancient temples, landscape gardens and villas.
Bluestone relief murals have a wide range of artistic themes, but most of them are realistic figures, animals and flowers and birds.
