What's wrong with computer audio without sound?

There is no sound in computer audio, usually for the following reasons:

1. Audio driver problem: The audio driver is damaged or missing, so it can't work normally. You can reinstall or update the audio driver.

2. Sound card failure: the built-in or independent sound card of the computer is damaged, and audio output cannot be generated. The sound card needs to be repaired or replaced.
