Is ale a beer?
Yes.
Ale would be beer brewed using traditional techniques. The earliest human beer was probably ale.
Ale, also known as ale (English: Ale), is a beer that is fermented from above. During fermentation, the yeast is kept floating on top of the liquid. The fermentation temperature is warmer (15-23°C) and the fermentation time is shorter. Ales often come with a stronger mouthfeel, are full-bodied, and can develop a nice nutty and fruity flavor. If the barley is handled well, it can also produce chocolate and honey flavors. Until 1840, all beer in the world was an ale. This is because all previous beers were obtained by fermentation with yeast on barrels.
