Born and raised in a family with a long tradition of paper-cutting, his father, Fu Zuoren, is a prestigious master of folk art in Heilongjiang Province. In the 1990s, she won many titles, such as excellent paper-cutting worker, paper-cutting heroine and paper-cutting rookie. 1995 participated in the United Nations Fourth World Conference on Women held in Beijing, and participated in the operation performance of 100 female experts of traditional arts and crafts in China, a non-governmental organization.
