Fault: 1, the fan blade does not turn, and the motor buzzes.

Cause: The power supply voltage is too low. Measures: Measure the power supply voltage with a multimeter.

Cause: The main winding or secondary winding of the motor is open. Measurement: Measure the motor winding with multimeter.
