Tell me about the barbecue pits in the south.

The oven is a kind of stove for heating in winter in South China. Also known as electric oven, electric fire bucket, foot warmer and so on! Can be widely used in residential, office, hotel, hospital, school, simple mobile home and other civil and public buildings. It mainly transfers heat through far infrared radiation and thermal diffusion. I didn't know there was a barbecue. I only know brazier. A long time ago, in the northeast countryside, braziers were used for heating. I remember my grandmother had two braziers made of iron. Every day after dinner, grandma will put the leftover firewood in the kitchen hall into the brazier and put it on the kang to keep warm. Sometimes grandma will bury one or two potatoes in the fire, and she can eat delicious potatoes while heating herself! Now central heating has been installed in rural areas in Northeast China, and brazier has become a memory of the past.

Later, in Changsha, when I first started working, one day the leader asked me to bring an oil tin. I looked puzzled and didn't know what an oil drum was. Later, I learned that Youting is a warm thing. At first glance, I thought it was heating! Later, when I looked at it carefully, it was inserted and I could move at will! I just know that southerners are so warm! Coming to Hunan from the northeast, I thought Hunan was the south, and it wouldn't be cold in winter! Slowly, I realized that the climate in Hunan is wet and rainy. Although winter is not very long, there will always be a month or so when the temperature hovers around four or five degrees above zero, and sometimes it will drop to below zero. If the temperature hovers below zero, you will encounter a snow. When it's four or five degrees above zero, it's not cold, but you have to wear cotton-padded clothes and shoes, which is more than that of the northeast people. When you say it's cold, you will feel hot as soon as you leave, especially when the sun comes out, just like spring. Therefore, living in this embarrassing place in Hunan, I really don't know what kind of heating method to use. Because winter is too short, occasionally sunny, rainy, almost no winter, so heating and floor heating are almost overqualified! Air conditioning heating is more convenient, but expensive and uncomfortable! So smart southerners use this kind of electric oven in winter! There is usually a baking oven at home, office and shop. Put a square table on the baking stove, and everyone will chat around the table while warming up. The coffee table sold now comes with a baking oven.

I don't like keeping warm. I can spend the winter in the south without keeping warm. Personally, I think it is easy to catch a cold in order to keep warm. One more thing, I think putting a barbecue in the store will seriously affect sales! As long as there is a barbecue in the store, people will naturally rely on the barbecue and unconsciously sit next to the barbecue and get angry. Three or five people got together and talked for a long time. Sometimes customers come in and employees don't notice! That's what people do. They would rather line up in a busy shopping mall than watch others warm up in a deserted shop!

Bamboo baskets made of bamboo by rural craftsmen are beautiful and practical, which not only avoids the danger of fire, but also dries clothes while heating to prevent burns! Humans are always so smart!
