How to start practicing Taoism?
(1) silent photography. The eyes and mouth are closed lightly, the head and body are upright, the chest is heavy and the abdomen is heavy, and the innate light in the brain is silently transported, focusing on the emptiness of the abdomen. In other words, the abdomen is regarded as a space, and the mind shines brightly in this space, achieving "all thoughts are silent and one spirit is alone." The innate truth comes from nothingness, and the true yang naturally appears.
(2) Expansion method. When practicing, fully relax into silence, closely coordinate your thoughts with your breathing, regard the areas of Tian Dan, Mingmen, perineum and tail pheasant as a volume, and gradually expand its capacity. When exhaling, the navel, lower abdomen, waist and abdomen expand outward, and when inhaling, the abdomen is closed. Persisting in practice will increase the activity energy of the abdomen and quickly accumulate the qi in the abdomen.
(3) compressed air method. When exhaling, push the internal qi to the abdomen and tail with your mind, so that the qi in the whole lower abdomen becomes active. Tail-be sure to relax fully. The qi rushes upward, exhales downward, and the abdominal pressure increases, and the qi naturally overflows into the viscera, meridians and limbs. Where there is disease, it has been repaired by qi and sparse.
(4) circle method. After relaxing into silence, my hands intend to hold a red fireball in front of my abdomen and gently rotate it left and right and up and down. The fireball is driven by both hands to rotate. After the balloon feeling between the two hands is formed, send the fireball into the navel with your mind, and the two hands cooperate with each other, and then gently stick them on the navel. Stop for a while, and then do the circular motion of the gas in the abdomen.
(5) Aggregation and dispersion method. When exhaling, the intentional qi spreads radially from the abdomen to the surrounding space, and the body also increases; When inhaling, intentional breathing gathers from the surrounding space to Tian Chan. You can also imagine that the abdomen is a vast sea. When you exhale, it hits the water like a stone, and the waves spread round from the center of the abdomen. When you inhale, it gathers in the abdomen. Slightly lift the anus and inhale.
(6) Landscape method. After practicing martial arts, I feel that there is a red sun in my abdomen and body, or a golden lotus, or a shining light bulb, which warms my internal organs and limbs. Through internal brightness and high accumulation of ideas, Dantian can condense real vitality in a short time.
Second, Xiao Zhoutian Gong ● True Qi Operation Method This is an achievement method that gradually opens the Du meridian in stages. The biggest advantage of this method is that each stage has specific methods to follow, step by step, step by step, easy to learn and remember. The true qi runs in five steps * * *:
(1) Exhale and pay attention to the heart socket. After sitting down, narrow your vision and put your heart in it. When the tip of your nose is missing, you can close your eyes and see your heart. Then, listen carefully to the exhalation with your ears to avoid making a rough sound. When you exhale, your mind tends to the heart as you exhale. When inhaling, let nature take its course and don't add any thoughts. After a long time, the true qi is concentrated in the heart. Practice this step every morning, noon and evening 1 time, 20 minutes each time. After practicing for 3 ~ 5 days, I feel my heart is heavy, and every time I exhale for about 10 days, I feel a heat flow injected into my heart. The first step is completed.
(2) Intention to follow the trend of Tian Chan. After the first step is completed, you can go hand in hand, extend the sinking time when exhaling, and slowly and naturally advance to the lower abdomen (Dantian). But don't go too far and rush. Three times a day, 25 minutes or half an hour each time, about 10 days can sink the abdomen. When the true qi reaches the lower abdomen, it is often felt that the lower abdomen clucks, the intestinal peristalsis is enhanced, and the qi is increased. Because the functions of the spleen and stomach, large and small intestine, bladder and kidney have all improved, they can generally increase appetite and improve abnormal urination.
(3) pranayama and concentration. When there is an obvious sense of qi in the abdomen, you can stop breathing in the abdomen intentionally or unintentionally. Don't pay too much attention to exhaling downward, so as not to burn too much, consume vaginal fluid and make the mistake of "eating gas with fierce fire". Breathe naturally, just leave your thoughts in your abdomen and keep warm with slow fire, that is, "less fire gets angry." This stage is to cultivate strength in Tian Dan, which takes a long time, usually three times a day for more than half an hour each time. At the beginning, an air dome is formed in the lower abdomen. About 40 days, you can feel the belly full and powerful, and swim down. Sometimes the vagina itches, the perineum beats, and the waist of the limbs burns. At this time, because the pulse is smooth, the heart and kidney intersect, and the blood is vigorous, I feel peaceful and sleep peacefully. Diseases such as heart fire, insomnia, dreaminess and unhealthy heart should be improved, and irregular menstruation in women should also be improved to varying degrees. The kidney is full of water and the liver is flourishing. The liver function of those who suffer from chronic hepatitis will also be significantly improved.
(4) The governor suddenly forgot to help. When the true qi is enriched to a certain extent and has enough strength, it will go up along the spine. Go up, and consciousness will go up (don't forget). If you stop somewhere, don't use consciousness to guide you upward (don't help)+the speed of upward depends on the power of Tian Chan. If the strength is insufficient, it will stop. If the abdominal strength is enriched, it will naturally continue to rise. If you are eager to clear customs and try to guide, it will be out of touch with the strength of Dantian, which is tantamount to encouraging young people. When practicing this step, you can appropriately increase the number of sitting exercises every day, and each time should be extended to 40-60 minutes. The general supervision time is about 1 week (varies from person to person).
Third, Zhou Tiangong.
Big Sunday is formed on the basis of small Sunday, and its purpose is to refine the spirit. After the formation of the Great Sunday, the twelve meridians was interlinked, and the qi of the five internal organs and meridians was vigorous, and the original physical weakness was cured. Practice once a day on big Sunday. Generally speaking, the human body is not easy to get sick. When the five internal organs are full of vital energy, the brain's vital energy increases, the brain cells are rich in nutrition, and the metabolism of brain cells is vigorous, so the brain's memory is enhanced and even special functions appear.
Big Sunday is called big Sunday. Because of the differences in various techniques, the specific operation route of Qi is slightly different, but there is no doubt that Qi follows the first week. There are probably several operation routes:
The first is the true qi following the twelve meridians for a week. That is to say, from Xiadantian to Zhongshan, from the chest along the hand Yin San, then from the back of the hand to the head along the hand Sanyang, then from the head and back along the foot Sanyang to the foot, and then from the heart of the foot, that is, Yin San Taixi, Yin to the abdomen, and then from the abdomen to the chest, and so on.
The second type is that the true qi runs along the eight odd meridians, that is, the true qi goes up to the waist from the heel along Yinqiao pulse and Yin Wei pulse, and then down to the heel through Yangqiao pulse and Yangwei pulse.
The third is that the true qi starts from Yongquan point, goes up to the perineum along the lower limb end of the chong pulse, then reaches the top of the head through the middle pulse, rushes out from the top of the head, and slowly descends to the heel along the Sanyang Meridian and the Eight Strange Meridian.
Practice method of big Sunday
After the exerciser is highly quiet, inhale according to the above route. The key is to be familiar with the running route on Sunday and set the running mode before exercise. During exercise, the internal qi will automatically follow the above route.
Continue to practice after the big week and gradually form Dan. Male Chengdan's position is in Xiadantian. Keep practicing. Dan rose to the middle of the field list and then continued to practice. Dan rose to the highest field list again, and finally came out of the body from Baihui, which is what Shen Yuan said in ancient books. The status of women's first becoming Dan is different from that of men. They set out from Zhong Dan first, then went to the abdomen, then went to the abdomen, and finally Shen Yuan was out of body experience. People who practice sexual skills well can see the same baby sitting on the lotus seat in the lower abdomen when they become Dan, which is called "holy baby", and will be upgraded with Dan, and finally the out-of-body experience can be restored.
