What are the characteristics of preserved eggs mixed with tofu?
Preserved eggs mixed with tofu are characterized by smooth entrance, mellow taste, tender and smooth tofu, simple cooking and long aftertaste. It is a delicious food made of tofu, pickled mustard tuber, preserved eggs, sesame oil, coriander and other raw materials. Practice: materials: boxed tofu 1 box, 2 preserved eggs, chopped firewood (or pork) and chopped green onion. Seasoning: soy sauce 1 tablespoon, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil and sugar.
