What are the specialties of Du Yu, Jiangxi?

1, Du Yu Tamarix oil, is a unique traditional edible oil in Yudu County, with a history of more than 200 years. It is made from the fruit of Tamarix glabra, rich in lauric acid and myristic acid, and its fatty acid structure is balanced.
