Ingredients: 300g cooked peeled peanuts, 50g butter, 35g egg white, 35g milk powder100g water, 35g sugar100g sugar, 225g maltose and 2g salt.
Process: 1. If you buy raw peanuts, use the oven 150 degrees, and medium fire for about 20 minutes. After baking, cool and peel. Then put the peeled peanuts in an oven at 100 degree for heat preservation.
