Introduction of Zhongjiang Handmade Hanging Noodles

Zhongjiang Hanging Noodles is one of the famous traditional Chinese food in Zhongjiang County, Sichuan Province. It is sweet and white in color, tender and delicious, exquisite handmade, rich in nutrients, strengthens the spleen and stomach. It originated in the Song Dynasty and has a history of more than 1,000 years, and is a famous specialty food in China and abroad. In 2010, the production process of Zhongjiang Hanging Noodles was included in the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Sichuan Province.
