How are the patterns printed on the clothes?
In the early days, it was generally screen printing (missing printing). After making a screen version, cover it on the corresponding position of the clothes and scrape the color paste across the pattern with a scraper. The color paste leaks to the clothes through the screen to form the required pattern, and then it is dried. Now most of them are printed by printers. One is the thermal transfer printing method, that is, the designed pattern is printed on the transfer paper with a printer (special ink is allowed), and then the pattern of transfer paper is smoothed at the corresponding position of the quasi-clothing, and the pattern on the transfer paper can be transferred to the surface of the clothing by heating with a hot plate. This method can be used for proofing, small batch, large and medium batch requirements; Another method is to print directly with a printer, but it is only used for proofing or small batch production.
