Don’t forget your original intention? Keep moving forward—Remembering the 2018 National Day Gala of Jieyang Retired Military Hospital

Jieyang Veterans Hospital is a special care institution under the Civil Affairs Bureau. The hospital has 400 beds and is responsible for the rehabilitation and treatment of veterans with mental disorders and some social mental disorders in Jieyang, Shantou and Chaozhou.

In recent years, with the care and support of relevant central and provincial departments, the correct leadership of the Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, and Civil Affairs Bureau, and under the leadership of the leadership team with Wang Chaoxi as the president, our hospital has achieved gratifying results in the civil affairs and preferential medical care.

The Jieyang Mental Health Prevention and Treatment Center and the Jieyang Veterans Hospital Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center have been built. The medical care and rehabilitation inpatient building of Jieyang Veterans Hospital and supporting projects in the campus are expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2019.

Adhering to the purpose of "remaining true to our original aspirations and forging ahead", with the joint efforts of all the hospital's cadres and employees, the hospital has vigorously promoted infrastructure construction. The appearance of the hospital has undergone earth-shaking changes, which has not only greatly improved the hospitalization of patients.

The environment and supporting facilities in the campus have also been modernized.

Walking around the campus, you feel like you are in a large garden, which makes you feel happy physically and mentally.

When outsiders come here, they always sigh and say: "This is not a hospital, it's just a grand garden." Well, I am lucky enough to be a retiree often.

The staff of our special care hospital usually face a special group of people suffering from mental illness. They are responsible for maintaining social stability and have a long way to go.

But they work hard without complaint, strive for excellence in medical skills and nursing quality, and always serve patients with a smile.

Through this day-to-day caring service, the patients' conditions have been controlled. Some have recovered and been discharged from the hospital, returning to their families and society, and some have even started their own businesses.

It gives full play to the functions of a special care hospital and improves people's happiness!

With the coolness of the golden autumn and the fragrance of sweet-scented osmanthus, we are about to celebrate the 69th birthday of our motherland.

In order to enrich the cultural life of the cadres and employees of the hospital, at 7:00 pm on September 28, the hospital held the 2018 National Day Gala in the multi-functional hall on the third floor of the unit complex building.

The party was decorated in a joyful and festive atmosphere.

Everyone sang and danced and gathered together to celebrate the National Day.

They took off their white coats, put on evening gowns, transformed into amateur hosts, and hosted the party lively, and their hosting level was no less than that of professional hosts.

Dean Wang Chaoxi first expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the staff of the hospital for their hard work, and especially thanked our respected Vice President Lu!

These two deans are very concerned about everyone on weekdays. They think about the thoughts and concerns of the cadres and workers, and work hard to build a better tomorrow for the hospital.

Program 1. Harmonica Solo "Joyful" (Performer: Vice President Chen Yuanhui) The gala officially started with the harmonica solo "Joyful" performed by Vice President Chen Yuanhui.

Festival 2, the skit "Psychological Counseling - Lost Love" (performers: Lin Jinjun, Huang Junhong) The skit "Psychological Counseling - Lost Love" performed by psychological consultant Lin Jinjun and deputy director of the office Huang Junhong was lifelike.

Dr. Lin gave full play to his professional skills and spoke sincerely to Director Huang, the actor who played the role of the lovelorn girl. He was emotionally moved and reasoned with, so that the emotional lovelorn girl regained her confidence.

Director Huang's sincere and wonderful performance vividly portrayed the anxiety and despair of a lovelorn girl, which led to her loss of confidence in life, and made everyone present laugh. The whole process won the full house.

Program 3, the song "Internationale" (singer: Xu Jinfang, Liu Xiaodong) The two eldest brothers Xu Jinfang and Liu Xiaodong sang "Internationale" passionately, and their level was no less than that of the youth singers born in the 90s.

Program 4, the song "Auld Lang Syne" (singers: Vice President Lu Yuqing, Huang Junhong, Wu Chunbin, Wu Yuling, Huang Xiugan, Ma Xiaolan) "Auld Lang Syne" sung by 6 beauties, brought everyone a beautiful and moving song
