What is paper reinforced ash?

Paper reinforced ash is a kind of mortar made of grass or fiber. Paper reinforced mortar is more suitable for plastering decorative layers of indoor walls and ceilings, or stacking light gray lines, and can also be used for stacking decorative flowers and painting murals. However, it should be noted that the external wall is not suitable for use. In addition, the grey cover of paper reinforcement should be firmly bonded, and there should be no key marks, bubbles, unequal paper grains and seams, and the internal angle intersecting with the wall or beam edge should be Cheng Yi line.

Because paper reinforced ash contains more lime, its curing process is that the wall material can slowly absorb carbon dioxide in the air after being coated on the wall, and calcium hydroxide is reduced to calcium carbonate through chemical reaction, thus producing curing and hardness. Paper reinforced ash is added to concrete because of its moisture absorption function. Scraping concrete after drying is two processes, which cannot replace each other, so there is no cost comparison.

Operation technology of paper reinforced ash

1. grass-roots treatment: remove dust, dirt, alkali film, mortar blocks and other attachments on the wall surface, and sprinkle water for wetting. For the concrete wall surface which is too smooth with steel formwork construction, the wall surface can be chiseled or the cement mortar of 1: 1 can be sprayed evenly on the wall surface by spray sweeping, and then the bottom coat operation can be carried out after hardening, so as to enhance the adhesion between bottom ash and the wall surface.

2, set square, hang straight, make ash cake. Before plastering, be sure to find the rules, that is, the four corners are square, the horizontal line is leveled, the vertical line is hung straight, and the baseline, dado and skirting board lines pop up. For intermediate and advanced plastering, first check the flatness and verticality of the wall with a supporting plate. Under the condition of controlling the founder of the external angle, roughly determine the plastering thickness (the thinnest part is generally not less than 7mm), and then hang up the line to make ash cake (the thickness of ash cake should not include the surface layer).
