Structure principle of industrial radiator

The structure of industrial radiator consists of radiator tube, inlet and outlet header and frame.

Wherein, the radiating exhaust pipe is composed of radiating pipe bundles, and the radiating pipe is composed of base pipes and fins. The quality of radiator pipes determines the heat exchange effect, the arrangement of radiator pipes affects the air resistance, and the installation method of radiator pipes determines the ability to withstand temperature difference (thermal expansion and cold contraction).

Common installation methods of cooling pipes: frame fixed type (SRZ type, SRL type, S type) and frame supported type (GL type, U type).

The frame is fixed, and the radiator pipe is directly welded on the frame box, which is simple and generally used for heat medium or refrigerant below 180℃; Frame support, the radiator pipe passes through the perforated plate of the frame and is welded with the connecting pipe (or elbow), which is generally used for heat medium above 180℃.

Commonly used radiator types: steel radiator (steel tube wrapped with steel fins for hot dip galvanizing), steel-aluminum composite radiator (steel tube wrapped with aluminum fins), copper radiator (copper tube wrapped with copper fins for tin plating), copper-aluminum composite radiator (copper tube wrapped with aluminum fins) and stainless steel radiator (stainless steel tube wrapped with stainless steel fins for high-frequency welding).

Among them, hot dip galvanizing is the key of steel radiator, which can fill gaps, stabilize fins, transfer heat efficiently and prevent corrosion efficiently; Tin lining is the key to copper radiator.
