What does the new infrastructure construction include?

At present, the new infrastructure mainly includes three aspects:

The second is to integrate infrastructure. The third is to innovate infrastructure. Mainly refers to the public infrastructure that supports scientific research, technology development and product development, such as major scientific and technological infrastructure, science and education infrastructure, industrial technology innovation infrastructure, etc.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's new infrastructure construction has achieved remarkable results, and its supporting role for high-quality development is accelerating.

From the perspective of information infrastructure, it has made great progress. High-speed optical fiber has covered all towns and more than 99% administrative villages in China, and the number of 4G network users has exceeded 65.438+0.2 billion.

From the perspective of comprehensive infrastructure, the role of promoting transformation and upgrading has become increasingly prominent, the path of smart city construction has become clearer, and information technology has actively empowered the refined management of cities.

From the perspective of innovative infrastructure, it strongly supports scientific and technological research. The National Development and Reform Commission has laid out and built 55 national major scientific and technological infrastructures, which have played a leading role in scientific and technological innovation and economic development.

In the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission will work with relevant departments to deepen research, strengthen overall planning, improve the system, and focus on four aspects.

The first is to strengthen the top-level design. Study and issue relevant guiding opinions to promote the development of new infrastructure.

The second is to optimize the policy environment. Efforts will be made to improve the long-term supply quality and efficiency of new infrastructure, and to revise and improve the access rules that are conducive to the sustained and healthy development of emerging industries.

The third is to do a good job in project construction. Accelerate the deployment of 5G networks, promote the optimization and upgrading of fiber-optic broadband networks, and accelerate the construction of national comprehensive big data centers. Steadily promote the upgrading of traditional infrastructure "digital+"and "smart+". At the same time, promote the deployment of innovative infrastructure.

The fourth is to do a good job of overall coordination. Through pilot demonstrations and compliance guidelines, strengthen departmental cooperation, accelerate industrial maturity, and improve facilities.
