Ningbo, from the "sea is fixed, the wave is Ning", abbreviated Yong, is a sub-provincial city in Zhejiang Province, China, a planned city, a larger city with the right to formulate local laws and regulations, and a national historical and cultural city approved by the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China*** and the State.
