Manufacturing steps of lacquerware
Step 2 paint selection
In the process of rhinoceros removal, more than two kinds of natural lacquers (natural lacquers refer to lacquers carved from lacquer trees, also called raw lacquers and national lacquers) are alternately painted on a certain carcass regularly and hierarchically, and accumulated to a certain thickness (generally, it takes more than 100 times, which lasts for four months).
Lacquer is collected from lacquer trees. Every dog day, the shell of the freshwater mussel Lacquer breaks the bark, and a The Lancet-like blade is cut off on the tree, so that milky liquid seeps from the tree and slowly flows into the bamboo tube along the willow mouth, and then the paint is made by experienced craftsmen.
3. Pigment
Every lacquerware and rhinoceros-removing handicraft is painted in black and red, and it must be composed of at least five layers of red and five layers of black. Each color layer needs to be painted dozens of times to cover the lower color layer, and the thickness of each painting should be consistent. Each painting must be oxidized on the ground at constant temperature and humidity for 24 hours, and it takes more than one hundred days and hundreds of times to meet the requirements of removing rhinoceros paint crafts.
Step 4 describe
The pattern is an exquisite external pattern depicting the rhinoceros picking process, and then carved with a knife. Because the cross section of the knife edge is clear, the lacquer layer is mostly composed of moire hooks, which is vivid and free to flow.
5. Carving
Carving is one of the important steps in the process of removing rhinoceros from lacquerware. Through lifting, scraping and other process steps, red and black decorative patterns appear in front of our eyes.
Step 6 push the lamp
Pushing light is the last step in the process of removing rhinoceros from lacquerware. Every corner of the paint-removed rhinoceros craft is finely polished with the gray brick powder of the old house, and then polished with appropriate strength for hundreds of times before polishing the brilliant paint-removed rhinoceros craft.
Extended data
When collecting lacquerware, you should pay attention to avoid sun exposure and smoke. The humidity and temperature in collection room should not change sharply. It is best to put lacquerware in a room with relatively constant temperature and humidity.
Many exquisitely made ancient lacquerware can keep bright as new even if it is buried in wet underground or dry desert for a long time, but it will be deformed and discolored due to the great change of environmental humidity after being unearthed. This is because the air is too dry, lacquerware is easy to break, and it is easy to deform and strip paint when the humidity is too high.
When collecting lacquerware, don't put it too close to the ground, and don't put it on the ground covered with sponge, because there is a lot of moisture on the ground, and the sponge has strong water absorption, so it is easy to make the utensils moldy and painted for a long time on the ground.
When moving lacquerware, handle it with care, and don't collide or rub with hard and sharp objects to avoid violent vibration. Because some lacquerware has been buried underground for thousands of years, the fetal quality is easy to become loose, and it will be damaged if you are not careful. At the same time, salt, alkali and other substances have certain damage to lacquerware, so stay away from these things.
The collection of lacquerware should also pay attention to dust prevention. If there is dust accumulation, you can gently clean it with a feather broom and soft brush, or wipe it with cotton gauze. If the surface of the vessel is stained with dirt, it can be cleaned with detergent or gently wiped with cotton gauze dipped in a little cooking oil.
